Hubby was out in the garden earlier and has a hot pepper sauce concoction going on the stove. He's cooking up habeneros, cayenne and jalapenos along with some tomatoes. He used white and cider vinegar and salt to make the sauce. Its a not scientifically proven recipe so I am planning to freeze it in ice cube trays and let him thaw them as he wants them. He could can them--but I just don't know how safe the recipe is. I can't seem to find a ratio anyplace for how much vinegar to veggies he needs. If someone knows of one--let me know. :) Glad he's using up the peppers!
