Buying Graphic Designs for My Etsy Shop and Blog!

Ha! I don't have to do it all!! YEAH!

OK, I admit it, I'm not enjoying the process of making my own graphics. Dunno.. if I were more PC saavy that'd be great, but I'm not.

I found out that for just $44 I can get someone who IS good at it to work with me to make my blog and Etsy shop look purty AND supply me with a design I can use for business cards and product label/tags. In the time I would save not having to learn how to do that better myself I can figure out how to make my photos work on listings and create more stuff to sell. This has to be a better idea. I purchased a graphic package from the nice gal at Firedancer Designs on Etsy this morning and she will work with me to make it all good. ~smiles~

I am seeing more potential for buying things on Etsy lately! Recently I purchased wool from two sellers and I have to tell folks-- the product I received from these Etsy shops was amazing. It made the 'wool' I've been buying at Hobby Lobby look like dead stuff. I mean these women who tend their lambies and clean, dye and sell wool--they're amazing. The wool is prettier, softer, and it even smells nice. Once I get the new blog up and running I will definitely put in a good word for them, and links.

So.. that's how it goes today in Pokeberry as far as my new Etsy Adventure. I'm also detailing Mr. Moz, the little felted wool mole I've created. He has a fiddle now, as per a suggestion I got here, but I'm not sure about it. His little arms aren't very conducive to fiddlin'. We shall see...

I'll let folks know when I'm ready to move from my Hill to Patch. Have a Pokeberry Day!

  4. At some point you have to decide how important your time is and what jobs you should be doing instead of what you can do. That's very hard to do. Can't wait to see the designs you get...come visit when you get a second...
